We are doing a lot of work on the farm at the moment – fixing fences, putting up new ones, building a cottage, etc. I had a very busy day today, since I’m looking after the work on the farm, I have to help out at the workshop to make sure things run (relatively) smoothly while my SO* is working his butt off driving about a 150km to work everyday and I have to run the household. After my last round this afternoon to check that everything is going according to plan, I was on my way home, when I noticed the sky.
Like Cindy mentioned in her blog, it is rarely that a picture does justice to what one saw at the moment that you took the picture, and unfortunately this is no exception, but I had to try at least.
I think these clouds spell serious cold weather for us, but it is winter, after all!!!
I love being busy, and I love the work on the farm. Some days are wonderful and easy, some are difficult and full of problems, but the one thing I can count on, is that I will often have these very special moments where I see, or hear, or feel something (mostly on the farm) that makes all the grafting worth while.
Until next time, be blessed. 🙂
SO – significant other.
