Sunday, and the sun is shining!

After a week of dark days, wind and rain, today the sun is shining!

You know by now that I love rainy days, but somehow when you wake up and the sun is shining, it does make you want to smile! I will go out in a short while, and do my ‘earthing’, as I haven’t been able to do it for a few days. Maybe that is why I woke up with a blinding headache this morning…

After many years of raising children and working through pain and illness to be there for the kids, as a mother does, I’ve come to realize that it is also very necessary to look after yourself. So I got up, took some pain tablets (not ideal, I know ), and got back into bed for a while. After the headache eased up, I started my day slow and steady.

Now, I feel that I am ready for what this beautiful day has to offer!

So, I went outside, enjoyed some sun on my back and toes in the grass, and took some pictures so you can have a bit of sunshine too, wherever you are! 😀
